Childrens Activities

Children of all ages will find something fun and new to do at Brisbane’s South Bank all year round. 

Whether they are enjoying the open green spaces, special events designed especially for kids, or Streets Beach and Aquativity there is always something at South Bank to keep the little ones entertained.

The State Library of Queensland and the Gallery of Modern Art have amazing educational and creative programs just for kids that run all through the year, giving children the opportunity to create, learn and have some hands on fun.

And the Queensland Museum and the Sciencentre have been favourite destinations for kids of all ages for years and have a wonderful program of exhibitions and interactive events going on in 2008.
